Having completed a Degree in Contemporary Popular Music at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford and spending years learning the craft of composing and writing music, his début track “Galactic” was signed to Monster Tunes in 2015 and has received support from major artists such as Jordan Suckley, Mark Sherry, Scott Bond, Sneijder, Ben Nicky, Daniel Skyver and many more. “Galactic” was also featured as an exclusive on Jordan Suckley’s Damaged Volume 1 mix compilation.

Kriess has been DJ’ing for over 15 years and has had the opportunity to DJ alongside such icons such as Ben Gold, James Dymond, Ben Nicky, Solarstone and many more. He has performed over the years at various legendary venues in and around London including Turnmills, Camden Palace, and SE1, as well as Circus in Hollywood. He has also promoted various events in England such as ‘Perfected’, which ran both on the South Coast and at the renowned venue The Cross in London, as well as the ‘Submerged’ boat parties on the Thames.

In addition to DJ’ing and promoting, Kriess worked for the prominent trance record label Lost Language and its sister label Solaris Recordings, helping A&R and find up and coming talent.

Going forward the focus will be on releasing more of his own productions and establishing himself as an artist, and to build on the wealth of experience and knowledge his time in the industry has earned him. With plenty in the pipeline, Kriess Guyte is going to be one to watch for 2015 and beyond.
